PLANT SALE, Saturday 10-2pm – The Prusch Park Foundation and Emma’s Kitchen Garden is having a sale of mostly German heirloom tomatoes, some Sparky peppers and a few 6 packs of Basil. The sale will be held in Emma’s Garden behind the white farm house at the Park from 10am till 2pm. They have some really interesting varieties of tomatoes, so make room for a few plants at home!

WORKDAY LEADER TRAINING, Sunday 9am - We will hold our 2nd Workday Leader Training this Sunday before the workday at 9am. If you are already a workday leader, have started helping lead workdays or are interested in doing so, this meeting is for you. We encourage leadership in all volunteers, but Farm Workday Leaders are asked to commit to an ongoing role and become a more experienced member of the farming team. You will help facilitate the involvement of other volunteers from diverse backgrounds and ensure that workdays run smoothly. You will also participate in monthly trainings to build your leadership and agricultural skills. Bi-lingual ability and gardening experience are very helpful but not required.
