Cultiva Leaders

The Cultiva Leadership program is a paid summer internship that equips young people with leadership skills, green jobs training, and hands-on community experience through farm-based environmental programming.

As the first professional work experience for many participants, the program builds confidence and empowers youth to help shape the future of their own community.
