the challenge

For generations, East San José has endured a shortage of resources for care and wellness, leading to some of the highest rates nationally of chronic disease, stress, and loneliness among our residents.

our belief

Addressing these conditions requires more than clinical care. Long-term healing begins with locally-rooted solutions that support cultural connection, shared experience, and physical well-being.

a healing
hub for connection

As a community anchor, we support holistic health through social connection and environmental education.

our initiatives

Here, families gather, move, learn, and care for one another in a welcoming and grounded space. We strengthen community, well-being, and shared stewardship through hands-on outdoor activity.
